MotR provides vehicle management tools including MOT and tax reminders, vehicle history, mileage and expense tracking, digital document storage, and AI-assisted insights. Vehicle data is provided for informational purposes and is sourced from official UK sources.
MotR Secure provides GPS tracking and vehicle security monitoring. GPS tracking assists with vehicle monitoring and recovery but cannot guarantee recovery of a stolen vehicle. Installation should be carried out according to supplied instructions or by an approved installer where applicable.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring your vehicle is appropriately insured. You must only use MotR Secure on vehicles you own or are authorised to monitor, and comply with all applicable UK privacy and GPS tracking laws.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are considered in accordance with UK consumer law. Please contact support with your order number if you believe a refund is due.
Certain Full Vehicle Reports may include vehicle-history data supplied by Experian and may be eligible for an Experian data guarantee, subject to the applicable Experian Data Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
Where a guarantee applies, it is provided by Experian and not by HELPYR LTD or MotR. Eligibility, cover, exclusions, claim requirements and any maximum claim value are governed by Experian's own terms.
The vehicle history check must be purchased before the relevant vehicle is purchased for the guarantee to apply. The guarantee applies to the purchaser of the eligible vehicle history report, subject to Experian's terms. Any claim under the guarantee is handled directly in accordance with Experian's Data Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
MotR is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotR is not liable for vehicle damage, loss, or the failure to recover a stolen vehicle. GPS tracking assists recovery but does not guarantee it.
We may update or modify our services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
