Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring MotR+ and MotR Secure subscriptions sold to consumers. They supplement the MotR Terms & Conditions.

How subscriptions work

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. By starting or continuing a subscription you authorise us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method via Stripe.

Statutory cancellation rights

Eligible consumer distance contracts may carry statutory cancellation rights. For services, separate rules apply from when the contract is formed. If you expressly request that a paid service starts during a statutory cancellation period, we will only begin that service and handle any payment or cancellation consequences as the law permits. Activation or use does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting Support. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period unless a statutory right to an earlier refund applies. See our Cancellation Policy.

Changes to price

We may change the subscription price with reasonable notice, taking effect at the next renewal after notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Free trials

If we offer a free trial, we will tell you its length and when charges begin. You can cancel before a trial ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds

Refunds are assessed under our Refund Policy. Statutory rights to refunds are not limited by these terms.
