Business terms
These Business Terms apply to organisations using MotR, MotR Secure or MotR Fleet for business purposes. They supplement the MotR Terms & Conditions.
Accounts and authority
By creating a business account you confirm you are authorised to act for the organisation. You are responsible for users you invite and for keeping access secure.
Acceptable use
Business use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable law, including data protection where you process information about drivers or employees.
Fees
Business services may be charged as set out in your agreement or quote. See our Commercial Terms for invoicing and payment.
Data and privacy
You are responsible for your organisation's data protection obligations. Where we act as your processor, we do so under a written agreement. See our Privacy Policy and GDPR Statement.
Termination
You may close a business account at any time, subject to any agreed notice period. We may terminate for breach or as set out in your agreement.
